  • Introduce CD issuance in Thailand, in 2011, for Thai listed companies, fully subscribed by Advance Opportunities Fund, during 2011-2014;

  • Chief Executive Officer of Siam Medican Co., Ltd., a medical cannabis and herbal pharmaceutical company with registered capital of THB 375 million, leading the company into advanced research, IP development, and global partnerships;

  • CEO of Fairmed Thailand Co., Ltd., an R&D and intellectual property subsidiary, with successful international patent registrations under WIPO, including an emergency hemostatic drug and a novel anti-cancer compound;

  • Spearheaded a THB 150 million strategic investment in 2022 with Cho Thavee Public Company Limited (SET: CHO), through which CHO acquired a 40% stake in Siam Medican;

  • Signed LOI with CanPharma GmbH (Germany) for EU-GMP cannabis flower packaging services and initiated a research collaboration with Cornell University (USA) on advanced medical cannabis strains;

  • CEO of S1Win Consultant Co., Ltd., advising on cross-border investment, corporate structuring, and capital market strategies for high-value transactions and international expansion.
